A easy ride average ~30km/hr that heads south to Carrun and then retunrs along Beach Rd with the option to continue on to Port Melbourne. |

A 60 min structured session that will focus on speed, skills and endurance pacing in a safe controlled envionment without the distraction and safety concerns of road traffic. |
