5:55am Omara Cycles

A easy ride average ~30km/hr that heads south to Carrun and then retunrs along Beach Rd with the option to continue on to Port Melbourne.

Packer Velodrome - 6am

Coach – Clint van Beveren

A 60 min structured session that will focus on speed, skills and endurance pacing in a safe controlled envionment without the distraction and safety concerns of road traffic.

LONG RIDE, RUN, BRICK SESSION OR TIME TRIAL

Various locations and start times in the morning (Linacre Rd Hampton commonly used)(view map)

Sessions from 60 mins and include long rides, runs, bricks, ride/run repeats and time trials aim to improve aerobic endurance and race day pacing.
