These programs will address the needs of people brand new to the sport and novice triathletes, as well as those with a variety of triathlon training experience looking to undertake new challenges.  These programs are race specific, but aren’t supported by discounted training sessions, MERCURYmultisport online training access or coaching feedback.  

   

After a detailed consultation with a Triathlon Australia accredited coach, a personalized training plan will be formulated and presented to the athlete.  This plan will take into account the athlete’s previous experience, current fitness and short- and long-term goals. 

  

All these programs are fully supported with access to the MERCURYmultisport online training, email feedback with a Triathlon Australia accredited coach and specific supervised training sessions at reduced cost.

  

MERCURYmultisport offer a number of structured, group training sessions, conducted and supervised by an accredited triathlon coach.  The frequency and timing of these sessions are flexible and reflect the needs and goals of the participants.
