MERCURY multisport was created through the common goal that we see in athletes day in day out, to get better at what you do.....  With this goal we also understand that there are many levels of success and many different ways of determining it.  This is why we aim to personalize our services to reach YOUR specific goals.

  • Structure.  Your personalised program will fit your specific needs.  From long easy runs, to gut busting hill climbs to recovery runs and days on the couch.  Your program will cover all areas of training.

  • Group training sessions.  Well structured and supervised sessions that compliment and enhance your program.  Training within a group will also increase your motivation and commitment to your training program. 

  • Motivation.  So what if you have a bad training day and your motivation to train is zero?  MERCURYmultisport coaching will provide you with the motivation to get you back out the door the next day, and even the day after that.
     
  • Success.  Yes, success.  Your plan will help you meet your goals.  As long as you follow the prescribed plan, the program should work for you.

  

We have sessions and plans to cater for all levels of multisport, from Hawaii bound to just getting off the couch. 

Sport requires all levels to make it great and not many of us are full time athletes.  This is why it is important that you get the best possible use out of your training time, and this is our job to make that happen.

  

At MERCURYmultisport we also aim to help the sport of triathlon to prosper at both club and junior level.  Our partnership with Bayside triathlon club is a positive step towards the growth of the sport.
